Bio Sauna
Our Bio sauna combines gentle heat 60-65°C and thus offers a particularly gentle sauna experience that frees your respiratory system and simultaneously detoxifies your body. The moderate temperature makes the bio sauna especially suitable for sauna beginners and heat-sensitive people.
Finnish Sauna
The classic Finnish sauna with temperatures between 80-100°C and low humidity promotes intensive detoxification and purification. Enjoy the beneficial dry heat that relieves tension, promotes circulation and strengthens your immune system.
Steam Bath
Our steam bath (42-45°C) with high humidity is a blessing for skin and respiratory system. The gentle, moist steam opens pores, deeply cleanses the skin and relieves respiratory complaints.
Relaxation Room
After sauna sessions, our stylishly furnished relaxation room on the 5th floor invites you to relax and rest. Comfortable loungers and dimmed lighting create an atmosphere of complete peace and serenity.
Rooftop Terrace
The highlight of our Ladies Only wellness area is the exclusive rooftop terrace with breathtaking panoramic views over Zurich. Here you can get fresh air between sauna sessions, sunbathe on our comfortable lounge furniture or simply enjoy the view over the city and the Üetliberg (Zurich’s local mountain).
Please note: Our rooftop terrace will be closed for renovations from April 7th, 2026 until the beginning of May.
Natural Cosmetics
We are pleased to offer you the high-quality natural cosmetic products from our partner farfalla. Discover the gentle shampoos and refreshing shower gels that gently care with natural ingredients and pamper your skin and hair. Natural, sustainable and full of beneficial scents – for your holistic well-being.
Refreshments
In our wellness area we pamper you with a selection of seasonal fruits, nuts and dried fruits as well as exquisite organic teas and refreshing flavored water. Everything is available at the self-service counter at any time – for your little time-out full of enjoyment and well-being.
Massages & Beauty
Treat yourself to a soothing time-out and experience personalized massages and professional beauty treatments. Flexibly bookable for your personal well-being and a perfect complement to your wellness pampering day.
Yoga & Pilates
In cooperation with our partners Yoga Klub and TopStretching (only during summer month), we offer you a unique yoga and Pilates experience that is second to none. Let body and mind merge while you are surrounded by a breathtaking backdrop.
Prices
Wellness entries are possible after prior reservation via online booking, email or telephone. If you come spontaneously and no other women are in the wellness area, it takes about 20 minutes for the saunas to heat up.
Please note that the wellness area is occasionally booked for events and therefore closed to regular guests. Therefore, we recommend booking your entry online in advance or inquiring by phone. Entry is permitted from age 16.

During the summer months, the wellness area can only be booked exclusively upon request for groups of 5 or more people.
October to March
10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Mondays 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM yoga takes place in the relaxation room, during this time the relaxation room is closed for wellness guests.
